The following warranty policy will apply to all our paintings and artworks.

 

1. Material Warranty

Our paintings are durable and fade-resistant under normal conditions due to the use of only premium quality canvas, oil and acrylic paints.

 

2. Durability Assurance

Artwork can last for many years if properly stored. In case of framed paintings, if there is any manufacturing defect in the frame, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 3 months. There will also be a 3 years color guarantee.

 

3. Limitations of Warranty

If the painting is damaged by the customer due to damp places, direct sunlight, exposure to water, etc. and if there is any damage due to natural disasters or post-shipping accidents, the warranty will not be valid.

 

4. Claim Procedure

If you send us a photo or video of the damage as proof, our team will verify it and decide on a replacement or repair.
